At Google's scale, maintaining cohesive cultural values across distributed teams presents a unique challenge. Dear World partnered with Google to develop a values alignment initiative that transcended traditional corporate communications, creating authentic connections between individuals and the organization's core principles.

Through our Portrait Process and storytelling methodology, we helped Googlers from diverse backgrounds and teams share their personal connections to organizational values. The result was a powerful collection of human narratives that demonstrated how abstract values manifest in real work and real lives, creating a shared cultural foundation across geographies and departments.

By bringing Dear World's portrait methodology to Google, we created an authentic space where employees could articulate their personal connections to organizational values. The experience generated hundreds of powerful personal stories that transcended corporate messaging and created genuine human connection.
